Legs Like Jello Leg Workout

October 8, 2013 by Julie 59 Comments

Good morning! How are you guys doing today? I hope your week is off to a good start.

Things are going well in the Fagan household. Last night we celebrated Ryan’s 30th birthday since we were out of town on his actual birthday this weekend. (I decorated our hotel room on Saturday but saved presents for last night.)

It was a nice low-key birthday celebration at home since neither of us were in the mood to go out after a weekend of traveling. We have plans for a hot date night in the future since I really want to do something extra special for Ryan’s 30th!

I think we may go out for a nice dinner in Orlando when we head there next month to see The Book of Mormon. Have any of you guys seen that musical? I bought tickets for us to go the day they went on sale and I can’t wait! I’ve heard such great things!

Legs Like Jello Leg Workout

Today’s workout began with a 20 minute stair master interval workout followed by a leg workout that left my legs feeling like Jello!

It was a good one!

Breakfast

Once I arrived home from the gym, my stomach was growling and I quickly threw together scrambled eggs with ham and peppers for breakfast.

Served with a banana on the side!

Now it’s off to work for this girl. Hope you have a great Tuesday!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

Book of Mormon – HILARIOUS! The Baptist in me cringed a couple of times, but overall, absolutely freaking hilarious. Especially the 2nd half. Enjoy it! And Happy 30th Ryan! I turned 30 last week…kinda sad to see your 20’s behind you, but on to bigger and better things!

Happy 30th to Ryan. My hubs and I are going to see Book of Mormon in New Orleans in a little less than 3 weeks (a belated b-day celebration for him, too). I can’t wait! We’ve listened to the cast recording over & over, and it’s hilarious. Definitely not for the easily offended, though!

Book of Mormon is SO funny!! It helps if you have a basic understanding of Mormon beliefs and some of the history of the church, but it is laugh out loud funny. Actually, I still chuckle when I think about some parts of it and I saw it over 3 months ago!

Nice work out! My work out yesterday afternoon had a million lunges and squats in it and my legs today feel like jello also. Frankly everything feels like jello… normally I don’t get sore until about 24 or 48 hours later but apparently 2 runs and a circuit will make soreness come ASAP.

I saw Book of Mornon on Broadway last year and it is the funniest show I’ve ever seen. It is, however highly offensive. If you can get past that, it’s full of spectacle and great music. My conservative parents loved it!

I forgot it was coming to Orlando. I hope they have student rush…but judging by its popularity, that’s doubtful! Enjoy 🙂
