Who Wears Short Shorts?

June 3, 2010 by Julie 74 Comments

Bob Marley Barley

June 2, 2010 by Julie 40 Comments

Barley is the jam. Not only does it rhyme with Bob Marley who is responsible for some pretty jammin’ music, but it tastes fantastic to boot! I cooked up some barley last night while I was making dinner and placed the hot grain in the fridge overnight so it would be nice and cold today….

"If You Like Pina Coladas…"

May 26, 2010 by Julie 50 Comments

“Getting caught in the rain And the feel of the ocean And the taste of champagne“ (Great song!) Aaand, coincidentally enough I do like piña coladas (and the feel of the ocean, and the taste of champagne)! My breakfast this morning was inspired by the above song when it came on my iPod at the…

You're So Wise

May 24, 2010 by Julie 24 Comments

You guys are some smart cookies. You’re right… I am baby number two. Apparently I still have the same squinty-eyed smile. 😉 Breakfast Hallelujah for Monday. Though I love the weekend, I think my body craves the normalcy of weekday eating. On the weekends, I still try to eat healthy, but inevitably more treats pop…
