December 29, 2020 by Julie 2 Comments

We only have a small handful of days left in 2020. I don’t think anyone could have anticipated what last year would’ve looked like but hopefully, at the very least, your year included some delicious eats! Today I’m sticking with tradition around here and sharing a roundup of the top 10 most popular PBF recipes of 2020 according to pageviews.

Most Popular Recipes of 2020

It’s always interesting for me to see what interests all of you and this year’s roundup of recipes includes everything from Instant Pot recipes and easy weeknight meal ideas to simple marinades, cornbread and even seared tuna. Hopefully a few of these recipes will pop out at you and give you some recipe inspiration heading into the new year!

  • Greek Yogurt Rotisserie Chicken Salad

A popular recipe thanks to Pinterest traffic, this better-for-you chicken salad is made with rotisserie chicken, Greek yogurt and dill. Perfect for busy weekday lunches!

  • Chicken Sausage Sweet Potato Bake

This is my idea of a perfect weeknight dinner. It’s easy to whip up in a flash, nutrient-dense and so tasty! Plus, since it all bakes together in one baking dish, the cleanup is minimal. Weeknight WIN!

  • Best Paleo Chicken Thigh Marinade

Best Chicken Thigh Marinade

In our house, this recipe is, without a doubt, the recipe I make for our family most often for dinner. It’s SO easy and SO flavorful. It’s also a great recipe to keep on hand when you have guests over (grilling chicken thighs after they sit in this marinade = the BEST) and whenever we make it for friends and family, they almost always request the recipe, so I think that’s a great sign! And for you food preppers out there, this one is very meal prep-friendly.

  • Winning Cornbread Recipe

Instant Pot Honey Garlic Chicken and Broccoli

I finally got my act together and began sharing Instant Pot recipes this year and this one quickly became popular. I love that it incorporates a good amount of broccoli right in the recipe, so it’s a simple one-pot meal I can whip up quickly when we’re all starving!

  • Everything Bagel Seared Tuna

Don’t let seared tuna intimidate you! Something about seared tuna feels fancy but doesn’t need to be and this recipe for Everything Bagel Seared Tuna is great on its own or served on top of salad or rice.

  • Instant Pot Butternut Squash Chicken Curry

Instant Pot Coconut Chicken Curry

This aromatic, perfectly savory, fall-apart chicken curry recipe is made with a base of light coconut milk and mashed butternut squash that gives it a velvety, creamy texture. The five star reviews on this one don’t lie!

I love chicken thighs but hate how much work it is to trim them! Do you buy them already trimmed, trim them yourselves, or just go ahead and cook them as-is with whatever fat is on them? Any helpful hints would be great! Love your blog and have been reading for years <3

I actually didn’t save any of these because I already had them all saved! 😆
