Winking smile

Hello from St. Pete! After work today, Ryan, Sadie and I drove to my parents’ house in St. Pete to spend the night. My family will be watching Sadie for the next three days while Ryan and I head out for a three-day vacation to Jekyll Island, Georgia. We are both really looking forward to…

Bathtub Wedding Gifts

keurig elite 001

Wanna know a secret? Ryan and I have yet to remove at least 30 percent of our wedding gifts from their boxes. They’re stashed in a bathtub in our apartment. I don’t want to use them in our current place because I don’t trust our dishwasher (it leaves a film on things!) and we have…

Egg-Topped Pizza

Clothes Gotta Go

June 5, 2011 by Julie 80 Comments

cleaning 004

It’s almost 6 p.m. and I still haven’t made it to the gym. But for good reason! Our apartment is clean. Floors are vacuumed (and scrubbed!). Counters are wiped down. Towels and floor mats are washed. My suitcase from last weekend’s trip to Chicago is finally unpacked. But, perhaps the most freeing thing I did…

Bloggers at Matteo’s

sadie vet 013

Well, she survived! Sadie wasn’t the happiest little camper, but she did a great job at her vet appointment this afternoon. She didn’t even flinch when they gave her two different shots! She is so dang scrawny, but she has a ton of skin, so I think she didn’t feel too much (kind of like…
