Total Body Workout

February 4, 2014 by Julie 65 Comments

Good morning! Hopefully your Tuesday is shaping up nicely so far!

Total Body Workout

My day began with a total body workout that I’m excited to share with you guys today.

I warmed up for 10 minutes before completing the following workout that hit all of my major muscle groups.

Total Body Workout

Links to video demos of some of the exercises:

  • Rotating Squat
  • Dumbbell Low Row
  • Plank Walk
  • Bosu Burpees
  • Superman

This is another workout that can easily be done at home as long as you have a set of dumbbells or a resistance band. (Simply do regular burpees in place of the bosu burpees if you don’t have a bosu ball.)

More workouts that require minimal equipment can be found here: At Home Workouts

Breakfast

Breakfast this morning began with a hot mug of coffee and concluded with a protein pancake and a banana.

I followed my egg white and oatmeal protein pancake recipe, but use whole eggs and added some chia seeds to the mix as well.

Not too shabby.

Now it’s time to do that work thang!

Question of the Morning

  • Do you ever work out at home?
  • What are some of your favorite at home workouts?

Be sure to follow PBFingers on Instagram and Facebook!

I'd love to connect with you! I am always so grateful when you let me know you tried one of my recipes or workouts and tag me in your photos or updates. Thank you so much!!!

Thanks for sharing this workout. I really enjoy workouts that switch it up and keep my body guessing and this has just that. Will definitely be trying, as soon as I can kick this cold!!

i just completed the 30 day challenged for burpess, situps, and pushups. For this month, I’ve uped the game and set a goal for myself to be able to complete 100 situps in one set, 50 consecutive burpees, 20 consecutives pushups and 5 consecutive pullups. Four exercises and can complete in my hallway

Thanks for posting this today 🙂 I went extra hard at the gym today because here in Connecticut we are supposed to get a big storm tomorrow. After hustling home from my mile walk in the snow from work I will be sure to try this 🙂
