Even though I’m taking it easy and allowing myself lots of time to recover after birth, I’m still enjoying listening to upbeat music (and podcasts!) on my daily walks with Sadie and Chase. I’m not going to lie, it’s a little hard to hear some of my favorite group exercise songs when I’m walking since it makes me want to work up a serious sweat and get back to teaching, but I know it’s important to give my body time to recover right now and the gym will always be there once I’m in a better place to kick up my fitness regimen again. All in good time, right!?
