Most Popular Workouts of 2014

December 31, 2014 by Julie 21 Comments

The Top 10 Most Popular Posts of 2014 series continues today with a glimpse into the top 10 most popular PBF workouts of the year according to pageviews.

Top 10 Workouts of 2014

I hope this list provides you with some workout motivation going into the new year! Get ready to get sweaty!!

Most Popular Workouts of 2014

1. Collection of Boot Camp Workouts

Sweaty Boot Camp Workout

This is a roundup post of some of my all-time favorite boot camp-style workouts in one place. It’s a great resource if you’re looking to quickly find a workout that will make you sweat!

2. Super Sweaty Ab Circuit Workout

Super Sweaty Ab Circuit Workout

This workout image is so sad and pathetic! I am shocked it made the list, but apparently simple graphics are best sometimes. I do stand by the workout, though! It’s a good one and definitely sweaty!

3. Sweat It Out Boot Camp Workout

Boot Camp Workout

I love this workout because of the way the time decreases on round two! After completing each exercise for 45 seconds, the idea of going through the circuit again and only doing each exercise for 30 seconds makes it easier to motivate myself to tackle another round.

4. 30 Minute Treadmill Workout

30 Minute Treadmill Workout

Perfect for days when you just want to hop on the treadmill and go!

5. Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Circuit Workout

Can't Stop Won't Stop Circuit Workout

Oh how I adore circuit workouts! And this one is a personal favorite because it moves fast and keeps boredom at bay.

6. 30 Minute Treadmill Interval Workout

30 Minute Treadmill Interval Workout

Intervals are key for me when it comes to making it through a treadmill workout. They hold my attention much longer than simply running. This workout incorporates running and incline walking for a sweaty 30-minute cardio workout.

7.  Collection of Leg Workouts

Leg Workout

Another workout roundup post! I love putting these posts together because they organize my workouts by category making them much easier to find!

8. Evening Ab Workout

Evening Ab Workout - A fast workout that can be squeezed in at the end of the day!

I love this workout because you can easily do it in front of the TV at home in your living room. But don’t be fooled… It’s tough!!!

9. 30 Minute Boot Camp Workout

30 Minute Boot Camp Workout

Completing this circuit two times through will take you through a challenging total-body boot camp workout. It’s a sweaty one!!

10.  The 50 Rep Workout

The 50 Rep Workout

This is one of the first workouts I posted last year and I loved it so much that I ended up creating several variations! (See Part 2 and Part 3.) It’s a hard workout but one that always leaves me feeling accomplished at the end.

The 50 rep workout it one of my favorites! It’s tough and mixes things up so it’s really hard to be bored. Happy New Year!! Can’t believe it’s already the last day of 2014!

    Hi Julie,

I meant to leave this comment on your Piyo Choreography Study Time post but didn’t get around to it until today. I LOVE the bureau underneath your tv. Where did you get it? Also I love your decorating style and your post with the tour of your study. Would loved a similar post of your kitchen and other rooms!

About 2 years ago I started screencapping your workouts on my phone, and created a little stockpile for myself. They’ve been my savior since I’m not the best at planning workouts for myself. Thank you, Julie! Happy New Year 🙂
