Hi Julie! I am a new follower of your blog, and I think it is terrific. Very motivating, and inspiring. I am actually studying to be an RD, and have been a lifelong runner. Recently, I am trying to work strength training into my workouts so reading your pages is very motivational. I was wondering what your opinion is on spinning? I notice you don’t seem to incorporate spin workouts into your routine. I am interesting in learning about if they cause muscle bulk? or work as resistance training? Any advice would be great!

Hey! I just discovered your blog and I think it’s awesome. Question for ya, do you take any supplements, vitamins, energy drinks, protein shakes, etc. before, during or after workouts? Anything on race days?
